First and foremost, we want to assure you that we take the health and well-being of our community, customers, and employees very seriously. Like you, we’re closely monitoring the quickly developing effects of the COVID-19 pandemic. 

Given the uncertainty of the nature of COVID-19, Jammer Doors wanted to provide a bit of certainty to our loyal customers about how we are proceeding forward and facing COVID-19.

Q: Is Jammer Doors showrooms closed at 10. N Mainstreet Yardley Pa 19067?
A: Yes, However we still have the ability to do measurements, virtual meeting and product sampling while practicing the CDC recommended social distancing.

Q: Is Jammer Doors practicing the recommendations from the CDC, Federal government and state/local governments for flattening the curve?
A: As early as late February Jammer Doors was making sure its employees and staff were doing the following:
1. No trips out of the US were conducted,
2. Any employees who were showing flu/cold like symptoms were told to stay home and seek contact with their physician. 
3. Standing within 6ft of other people and avoiding physical contact like shaking hands.
4. Cleaning and wiping down all surfaces in the offices/showrooms every time customers came in and left as well as 4 times a day.
5. We have taken the approach of cutting the office staff to half and telecommuting to work.

Q: Do you still service and install at this time?
A: Yes, Jammer Doors is an essential business classified by PA’s and NJ’s Governor. 
a. Garage door repair can be done with or without anybody home. All the technicians need is access to the door and all “documentation” is done through a paperless system.
b. Windows can be installed in a room where people can vacate to another part of the home/building. Spraying/wiping down the area the tech worked is a guarantee. 
c. Entry doors follow the same rule as above. 
d. Service and installs are limited down to one or two people driving in different vehicles. 
e. All workers are employed by Jammer Doors, ensuring policies and procedures are always followed through. 
f. Proper protective personal equipment will always be worn by service technicians.

Q. Can I still set up an appointment with a sales person?
A. Yes, we can walk you through your next project big or small either virtually or in person. 


Q. If I order today are the manufacturers still producing/shipping goods?
A. At this time all of Jammer Doors manufacturers are producing/shipping goods on a normal schedule. If anything were to change we would release the information ASAP.
